2. Who We Are
To use our Services, you must:

Have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
Agree to use our Services for lawful business or personal purposes only

We reserve the right to decline or terminate Services to anyone for any reason, including misuse or abuse.

3.Service Terms
When you purchase a service or package from The Delegation Desk, you agree to:

Provide accurate information for onboarding
Respect payment timelines
Communicate clearly and in good faith
Approve deliverables in a timely manner

Any delays in feedback or approvals on your part may affect delivery timelines.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service without notice. However, if you’ve already paid for a Service, we will honor it or issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill it (per our Refund Policy).

4.Payment & Fees
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payment via secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GHL, etc.). By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to process charges in accordance with the services agreed upon.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in paused work or termination of the agreement. Continued non-payment may result in collections or legal action.

5.Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services and our custom work, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once work has commenced or services have been rendered.

The only exception is duplicate transactions, which may be eligible for a refund upon request and verification. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

6.Cancellations & Refunds

All materials created by The Delegation Desk—including but not limited to branding assets, content plans, automations, funnel designs, and graphics—remain the property of The Delegation Desk until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their business purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction without our written permission is prohibited.

7.Cancellations & Refunds
You agree to:

Provide all required materials, access, and information in a timely manner
Review and approve work within agreed timelines
Communicate respectfully and professionally

Failure to provide necessary input may delay delivery or result in service limitations.

8.Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Any files, credentials, or sensitive data you share with us will only be used for the agreed-upon services.

We expect the same level of confidentiality from clients regarding our proprietary methods, templates, or internal processes.

9.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, The Delegation Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services including business losses, delays, or lost profits.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10.Termination
We may terminate your access to our Services if:

You breach these Terms
You engage in harmful, abusive, or unlawful behavior
You fail to make required payments

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

11.Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before proceeding to arbitration.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our Services after changes implies acceptance.
