What is your cancellation & refund policy?

At The Delegation Desk, we value transparency and clarity in every step of your delegation journey. Before purchasing any of our services, digital products, or bookings, please make sure your decision is final. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer cancellations or refunds, including for missed sessions or no-shows.

The only exception is in the case of duplicate purchases (i.e., accidentally purchasing the same product or service twice). If this happens, please reach out to us immediately and we’ll be happy to resolve it.
